Shipping

We provide free shipping on orders over $75.00 for all retail orders within the United States. You have the option to choose another shipping service upon checkout at an additional cost. Off Hours uses USPS for all retail orders within the United States. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be shipped on the same day. Please note that this shipping time does not include holidays and weekends. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the courier. Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days for your order to arrive unless an upgraded shipping option was selected at checkout.

Return Policy

Due to personal tastes and preferences, we are unable to offer returns if the product has been opened or the tamper-evident seal is broken.

Off Hours accepts the responsibility to pay for return shipping if the return is the result of a mistake on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect item, defective item, etc.). For any unopened items, you may return them in new and unused condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

We strive to be as fair as possible regarding products that were received damaged or as a result of a mistake. In the rare event that you receive a defective item, we will ship a replacement to you immediately. Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 14 days from the date you received your order. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt, and if you feel there is an error, please submit a request to hi@offhoursbrand.com.

Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Returns must include all items that came with your product. If still available, please include the original packaging that your item arrived in.

All returns are subject to case-by-case exceptions. Please contact us if you are having an issue with your items, and we will do our best to assist you.

How to Return

  1. Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original packaging if possible). Please include your name, contact information, and order number.
  2. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking.
